Prices for the current 2010 Season:

• From £30 per person per night based on two people sharing.
  (Surcharge for one nights occupation at peak weekend periods and for special events).
• Single occupancy from £35 Mid week(if staying more than one night). Otherwise £45 mid week.No single discount rates available for weekends and peak periods .
• The family room has an additional single bed from £30 pppn.
• Prices for a Z bed and child under 16 are available on request .
• Rooms reserved by credit card or cheque.

  Refunds

  • If 7 days notice is given a full refund will be given.
  • For booked arrangements with less than 7 days notice we will endeavour to re-let the room and return the deposit less 10% handling charge. Should we be unable to fill the room the deposit will not be refunded.
  • For shortening an existing booked stay provided you have stayed and paid for more than two nights no further charge will be made.
  • No refunds available for Goodwood events.

  Please Note.

  Rooms are available from 4.30pm on arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Otherwise they can be accessed as required. However please contact us if you need access earlier.

  Allow 10 days for posting and clearance.

  Our property is approached by a loose gravel driveway with plenty of level parking.
  There are security lights on the outside of the property. The path to the accommodation is made of level concrete slabs approximately 1.2m wide.
  The door into the conservatory has a low step 17cm high and the width of the door is 150cm. The floor of the conservatory is ceramic tiles. All door handles and light switches are at standard building heights. Our conservatory which is used for breakfast and has moveable wooden furniture to help with access.
  

  The ground floor room.
  This is entered via the conservatory and the door measures 75cms. There is a low threshold step of 15cms. The room is 5m by 4.35m. It contains a low armchair, Single 3ft bed and super king bed which has 1.3m space on either side of it. The bed side tables and coffee table are easily moveable.
  The shower room has a folding door way with an opening of 58cms. There is 68cms between the front of the toilet and 30cms width at the narrowest side.
  The shower cubicle has a bifold door with an opening of 60cms and a step up into it of 25cms. Internal measurements are 82cm x 76cm. The wash basin is 83cm high with a width of 56cm.
  

  The upstairs room.
  This is accessed by a 13 step stairway and we consider the room unsuitable for small children and people with mobility impairment. We will assist in any way we can, to make sure your stay is enjoyable with us. If you require further information please contact us.
