Our Accommodation

Accommodation is available in an annex to Brimfast House and in our Scandinavian Lodge. The accommodation has been purpose built to a high standard.

The Annex
There are two large bedrooms. A large, airy conservatory provides a relaxing area to enjoy breakfast which is served between 7:30am and 9:00am. The conservatory also provides a link to the main house.

Breakfast

Ground Floor Bedroom
This room is particularly suitable for a family and comprises of a super kingsize bed (that can be converted into two single beds) and a further single bed. An additional "Z" bed is also available if required).
Please note we do not accept children under six years old.

Downstairs

  • En-suite bathroom with electric power shower, basin and toilet.
  • TV and tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, chest of draws.
  • Bedside tables with touch sensor lights.
  • Views over the garden.
First Floor Bedroom
This room has a cottage feel about it with its sloping ceilings with dormer windows. The east facing window attracts the early morning sun with far reaching views over fields to Pagham church spire with the west window looking over Hunston Common. This room has one super kingsize (which again can be converted to two singles).
  • TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
  • En-suite bathroom with electric power shower, basin and toilet.

Both rooms have open views over the garden
and surrounding fields.

Scandinavian Lodge
We have a purpose built Scandinavian lodge divided into two rooms, adjacent to the main house and annex.

.Lodge

Each room has an en suite shower room. They each have a television, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and a chest of draws. They make a snug and cosy place to stay. Ideal for two couples who can enjoy the privacy of the patio for the afternoon sun or to have drinks and even a barbecue on a summers evening overlooking the garden.
