Brimfast is ideally located approximately 3 miles south of Chichester.

Directions

From the East

From the A27 take the B2145 sign posted to Selsey.
Follow this road to a roundabout after approximately 1 mile. Take the 2nd or right-hand exit.
After 1/4 of a mile you will go across a mini-roundabout and then through the village of Hunston.
Leave Hunston village and very shortly afterwards you will see the entrance to Chichester Golf Centre on the left.
Brimfast Lane is the next turning on the left. Landmark - there is a very large agricultural building at the junction and advertising for Southern Caravans.
Brimfast Lane is a single-track lane and is a "no through road". Brimfast House is the first house on the left after approximately 300 metres.

Alternative approach from the West

From the A27take the A286 labelled to the Witterings.
Approx after ¼ mile turn LEFT at the first mini roundabout (next to the Selsey Tram pub) onto the B2201 to Sidlesham and Selsey.
Pass through a series of double bends passing the Blacksmith Arms pub on your right.
Proceed round a further two sharp 90 degree bends and down a long straight and you will come to a T junction with a triangle. (You will see the sign for Sidlesham to your right).
Turn LEFT HERE, Brimfast Lane is the first turning on the right just round the bend.
Brimfast Lane is a single track lane and is a "No Through Road".
Brimfast House is the first house on the left after approximately 300 metres.
