Brimfast House is located just a short ten minute drive south of Chichester set amongst open fields in the glorious Sussex countryside. We are in a peaceful location on a quiet lane with no through traffic making it a very tranquil setting and ideal base to explore the South Coast, Chichester and The Downs. Within easy reach there is a superb, sandy beach at W.Wittering ideal for bathing windsurfing and kite surfing.Goodwood Horse racing and motor racing is only 4miles away.Portsmouth historic dockyard only 25mins by car.West Dean Gardens 20mins.
Sidlesham village with its pub and 13th century church, Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve (owned by the R.S.P.B). and one of the local waterways, where it is possible to see a wide variety of wildlife, can be easily walked to from one of the many footpaths which start close to the house.
For the active there is Chichester Golf Course (just 2 minutes drive away), with windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing and diving along the Bracklesham, Selsey and Wittering coastline. There's also sailing at Chichester Harbour and fishing along the Chichester Canal all within a ten minute drive.
